I have been in the rental property industry for more than 15 years. I started right out of high school and purchased my first rental property before I moved out of my parents' house. I have enjoyed managing properties since! I have enjoyed being hands-on with every aspect of the rental market industry. I find interest in every aspect of rental property management; from acquisition to tenant placement to repairs and remodels, I enjoy it all. With this experience, I have finely tuned systems in place to handle most problems. The key to effectively managing rental properties is the strength of your systems. These systems keep properties well maintained, tenants happy and owners with maximized ROI.

I was born in Springfield and graduated from Southeast High School. After a 4-year enlistment in the United States Air Force, I moved back home. In doing so, I needed to buy a home. That home, which we own, was my introduction into rental management. I have been fortunate enough to accomplish most of the goals I have set. I was hired by the Springfield Fire Department, married the woman of my dreams, and have the pleasure of raising 3 wonderful kids. The fire department checks most of the boxes that give me true enjoyment. My family checks most of the rest. But there was still something missing. A year ago, I realized what that missing box was. I needed to solve complicated problems. Those problems turned out to be finding ways to provide affordable and profitable housing. In doing so, I earned my Real Estate Brokers license and began my true real estate journey. Since partnering with my dad and brother, we have expanded our portfolio and provided housing to more than a dozen families. I look forward to what the future holds and can't wait to see how far we can go.

I was born and raised in Springfield IL I attended Springfield high school. After graduation from high school, I worked various jobs, some in construction and as a welder at Fiat Allis. At the age of 27 I was hired as a police officer. This was my chosen profession even from the time I was a small child. I spent 24 years with the Police Department, attaining the rank of detective. I am married and I have three children and five grandchildren. I bought my first rental house in 1990. 15 years ago my youngest son Nicholas and I began buying, renting and managing properties. Recently, Richard joined us in this endeavor and we’ve begun the process of expanding. During my lifetime I have been dedicated to helping others and attempting to make their lives a little bit easier. I'm proud to say that my sons are cut from the same cloth. We have chosen to expand our business to property management with our mission being to provide clean, safe, affordable housing for others. By expanding into the professional property management market, we can assist others with this same mission.

I was born and raised in the Springfield area and have worked in customer service for nearly 15 years! I have 5 restaurant openings under my belt; I am an expert at creating an organized training system. I thrive on the high stress and chaos that a new restaurant can bring. My father is a self-employed contractor, and my mother was a legal assistant for a real estate lawyer for 15 years. So, I guess it was only natural that I fell into the same groove. In 2019, I took a job as a legal assistant for one of the lead real estate lawyers in Sangamon County. I was tasked with processing evictions, preforming background checks, preparing leases, helping execute real estate contracts, and much more. I met and created relationships with many of the real estate clients, including the Wiese’s! This position helped greatly improve my organizational skills, taught me discipline and patience. All qualities that will help me better assist YOU.
